New: ultra-thin kozinaki "Laduli"We are pleased to present the ultra-thin Kozinaki "Laduli": crunchy kozinaki made from sunflower kernels and sesame seeds, sources of vitamins and beneficial trace elements, bound together with vanilla caramel. The light plates up to 9 mm thick are baked in special molds using a unique technology, so the texture has a "delicate crunch" that requires no effort.
All-Russian competition "Friends of the German Language"On 30 November 2024, a ceremony was held in Moscow to award the winners of the IX All-Russian Competition "Friends of the German Language". Participants from different regions of the country submitted their works in various categories. Day of Older PersonsEvery year on Senior Citizens' Day, the company congratulates retired employees and expresses gratitude for their work, wisdom and warmth. This time, sweet treats were prepared for those who have gone into well-deserved retirement. With tea, Konditer Profi recommends its bestsellers: the delicate "Bird Tales" soufflé and the "Kartoshka" dessert candies.
Interregional Agro-Industrial Exhibition in Khanty-MansiyskThe factory took part in the XII Interregional Agro-Industrial Exhibition of the Urals Federal District in Khanty-Mansiysk. We presented new products: Megaboom chocolate dragees with popping caramel, the "Biskvichi" dessert collection and mini caramel with the energy complex "Muvi Energy".
Taking out the double sheetsWe are putting together a list of treats for young, growing bodies: vitamin-enriched marmalade "Juizy Smoothie" to boost immunity in autumn; multigrain Crispy Wispy candies with 55% cereals for energy all day; Megaboom chocolate dragees, a burst of good mood for the whole school year; vitamin-enriched dragees "Sunny Scatter" with vitamin C.
"Exporter of the Year": 3rd place in the Ural Federal DistrictThe winners of the All-Russian "Exporter of the Year" award in the Ural Federal District have been announced. Our company took 3rd place in the nomination "Exporter of the Year in Finished Food Products (High-Value Processing)".
Scheduled audits by the Lenta and Monetka chainsThe auditor-experts of Lenta and Monetka noted that the quality of processes in confectionery production meets the established norms and requirements of the international ISO 22000 standards. The auditors focused on the soufflé, marmalade and sugar dragee production lines and other departments.
New Design for Dessert "Kartoshka" CandiesCandies with the taste of a favorite pastry have a new look. The visual image follows current trends; we tried to stand out from competitors as much as possible and make the packaging more attractive.
New Design for "Bird Tales" CandiesA new look and an even more delicate taste. We have redesigned the "Bird Tales" candies and done a great deal of work to make the delicate soufflé even tastier and airier.
Audits by the Magnit and Auchan chains at the Slada factoryAudits were conducted on 18 April by the Magnit chain and on 19 April by the Auchan chain. Following the inspection, the company once again confirmed its status as a supplier-manufacturer of private-label STM products.
New product launched: multigrain candiesLaunch of the first new product this year from a category new to us: multigrain candies. The recipe follows the healthy-lifestyle trend: grains, fruit, no palm oil, balanced sweetness (only 15% sugar).
"Miss and Mister Student" ContestOn March 1, the final of the "Miss and Mister Student" contest among students of the Ishim Pedagogical Institute was held at the Ishim Palace of Culture. The winners of the "Miss and Mister Audience Favorites" nomination received gifts from us.
Prodexpo 2024: medal and diplomasAt the Expocentre Central Exhibition Complex (Moscow), the company took part in the international Prodexpo 2024 exhibition: five days of meetings and negotiations with customers and new partners. In the tasting competition "Best Product of the Year — 2024", our products were awarded a medal and diplomas.

Auchan Yekaterinburg BirthdayThe Auchan store in Yekaterinburg (87 Metallurgov St.) celebrated its birthday. The Konditer Profi trading company took part in the "Stop-Kassa" prize draw, whose winner received a sweet gift basket, and also held a tasting of its range and new products.

Confectionery factory tour for 40 childrenThe factory doors opened once again to young sweet lovers: in July, a tour was held for 40 children of various ages. The children learned about the full candy production cycle and took part in a tasting.
