Questions and answers
Is there a first-order discount?
Yes: the promo code ПЕРВЫЙ gives 10% (up to 300 ₽) on orders from 600 ₽. It is valid for 14 days after you receive it, once per person.
How do bonus points work?
For every paid order you get 2% of the goods total in points: 1 point = 1 rouble. Points can cover up to 20% of the goods total in your next order. Points expire if there are no orders for 365 days.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Our Slada factory in Ishim makes the candies, dragées, soufflé, caramel and kozinaki. On this site you buy directly from the factory, with no middlemen.
Can I build my own gift box?
Yes, in “Build a set”: choose a box for 3, 5 or 8 packs and fill it with your favourite candies.
Where can I see ingredients and shelf life?
On each product page: ingredients, nutrition facts and storage conditions — for every flavour separately.
