Promotion and Bonus Program Rules

1. General terms

1.1. The organiser of the promotions and the bonus programme is Konditer Profi Trading Company LLC (OGRN 1146679024030, INN 6679055258), hereinafter the "Seller". The rules apply to orders on the website konditerprofi.ru and do not apply to purchases on marketplaces or to wholesale supplies.

1.2. The price on the product page is not reduced: all discounts are calculated in the cart.

1.3. One discount applies per order. Promo code discounts and the Build-a-Box discount are not combined. If two apply, the one that gives the buyer more is used. One promo code can be entered per order.

1.4. Free delivery, the gift and bonus points are not discounts: they work together with one discount.

1.5. The thresholds for the gift and free delivery are calculated on the goods total after the discount and after points spent, excluding the delivery cost.

1.6. Discount amounts are rounded to the whole rouble in the buyer's favour.

2. First order promo code

2.1. The promo code FIRST (it can also be entered in Russian letters as ПЕРВЫЙ) gives a 10% discount, but no more than 300 ₽, on an order with a goods total of 600 ₽ or more.

2.2. The promo code can be used once per person: this is checked by email address, phone number and delivery address. The promo code is valid for 14 days from the moment the buyer received it (for example, revealed it in the Lucky Candy on the home page).

3. Build-a-Box discount

3.1. The discount for the number of packs in the cart is calculated automatically: from 3 packs — 5%, from 5 packs — 10%.

4. Other promo codes

4.1. The Seller may issue promo codes for specific products, product lines or periods. Their terms (discount amount, minimum order, validity, "once per person") are stated on the Promotions page or where the promo code is published.

5. Gift

5.1. There is currently no gift with orders.

6. Free delivery

6.1. Delivery to a pick-up point is free if the goods total of the order is 1,500 ₽ or more. Self-pickup is always free. The cost of courier delivery is shown at checkout.

7. Bonus points

7.1. 1 point = 1 rouble.

7.2. Points are accumulated in the personal account. The account is created automatically for the email address in the order, so points are accrued for every paid order — even if it was placed without signing in.

7.3. 2% of the goods total paid with money (after the discount and points spent), excluding delivery, is accrued. Points are accrued after the order is paid.

7.4. Points can pay for up to 20% of the goods total in the order (after the discount). Delivery cannot be paid with points. To spend points, you need to sign in to your personal account (with a code sent by email).

7.5. Points expire if no orders have been placed for 365 days.

7.6. If an order is cancelled or returned, the points spent are returned to the account, and the points accrued for this order are deducted.

7.7. Points cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people.

8. Changes to the rules

8.1. The Seller may change or end the promotions and the bonus programme by publishing new terms on the website. The changes do not affect orders already placed. Accumulated points are preserved when the rules change.
