We deliver across Russia to pick-up points and by courier in Yekaterinburg; you can also collect your order yourself.
How to get your order
Ozon pick-up point
You choose a pick-up point at checkout and see the price and time there. From 1,500 ₽, delivery to a pick-up point is free.

How to receive your order
- Pick-up point. Choose a delivery service and a pick-up point at checkout — the price and delivery time are shown there. Delivery to a pick-up point is free for orders from 1,500 ₽. When the order arrives, the delivery service will notify you.
- Courier in Екатеринбург. Our manager will call you to agree on the time.
- Self-pickup — free of charge: Yekaterinburg, 82A Selkorovskaya St. (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00); Ishim, 81 Lenina St., bldg. 5 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00). Wait for the email saying your order is ready and bring your order number.
We pack orders at our own factory. You can track your order on the "Track order" page using the order number and phone number.
Payment
Payment is made online at checkout on the bank's secure page: by bank card, via the Faster Payments System (SBP) and other methods offered on the payment page. Card details are entered on the bank's page; our website never receives them.
An electronic receipt will be sent to the email address specified in the order.
On receipt
Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged or something is missing, tell the pick-up point staff or the courier, take a photo of the parcel and write to us at market@konditerprofi.ru.

How much does delivery cost?
You see the price and time at checkout after choosing a pickup point. From 1,500 ₽, delivery to a pickup point is free. Self-pickup is always free.

How can I pay?
Online at checkout: by bank card, via SBP (Faster Payments) and other methods offered on the bank's secure page. The site never receives your card details. The e-receipt is sent by email.
How do I track my order?
On the “Track order” page — by order number and phone. We also email you about every status change.
What if the parcel is damaged?
Tell the pickup point staff or the courier, take photos of the parcel and email us at market@konditerprofi.ru with your order number.
