Consent to Receive Marketing Emails

By ticking "I want to receive emails about promotions and new products" on the website konditerprofi.ru (at the bottom of the website or when placing an order) and submitting the form, in accordance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 "On Advertising" and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", I give Limited Liability Company Trading Company Konditer Profi (Konditer Profi Trading Company LLC, OGRN 1146679024030, INN 6679055258, address: 82-A Selkorovskaya St., Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, 620103, Russia) my consent:

1. to receive at the email address I have specified advertising and informational emails: about promotions, discounts, promo codes, new products and events of the Konditer Profi factory and the Slada production company;
2. to the processing of my personal data for this purpose: email address, name (if provided), website language, and information about opening emails and following links in them.

Actions with data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to the email service through which emails are sent, blocking, deletion, destruction — using automation tools.

Emails are sent no more than a few times a month. The consent is valid until it is withdrawn.

How to unsubscribe. Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email or write to market@konditerprofi.ru. After the consent is withdrawn, advertising emails stop and the address is removed from the mailing list within 10 working days. Emails related to orders (confirmation, status, receipt) are sent regardless of the subscription — they are not advertising.
