Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking "I give my consent to the processing of personal data" in a form on the website konditerprofi.ru (placing an order, signing in to the personal account, a wholesale request, a question about products, a job application or an internship request) and submitting the form, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the operator — Limited Liability Company Trading Company Konditer Profi (Konditer Profi Trading Company LLC, OGRN 1146679024030, INN 6679055258, address: 82-A Selkorovskaya St., Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, 620103, Russia) — to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

The data I entered in the form: last and first name, phone number, email address, city, delivery address or selected pick-up point, comment; for a wholesale request — also company name, INN, client type, expected purchase volume; for a job application — the selected vacancy and message text. Also information about my orders and bonus points and technical data (IP address, browser information) that the website receives when the form is submitted.

2. For what purpose

• placing, paying for, packing and delivering the order, notifications about its status, issuing a cash receipt, handling claims and returns;
• creating a personal account, signing in with a code sent by email, accruing and spending bonus points;
• responding to a request, question, job application or internship request;
• protecting the form against abuse.

This document does not give consent to receive advertising emails — there is a separate consent for the newsletter.

3. What actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation tools.

I agree that, in order to fulfil the order, the operator may entrust processing to or transfer the necessary data to the delivery service I have chosen, the acquiring bank through which the payment is made, the fiscal data operator and the email service through which the website sends emails — to the extent set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

4. Validity and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years from the moment it was given.

I can withdraw the consent by writing to market@konditerprofi.ru or to the address PO Box 95, Yekaterinburg, 620103, Russia. The operator stops processing and destroys the data within 10 working days of receiving the withdrawal, except for data that it must keep by law (for example, information about purchases made and cash receipts) or that is needed to fulfil an order already placed.

5. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, that the data I have provided belongs to me (or I am entitled to provide it) and that I am at least 14 years old.

The operator keeps a record of this consent: the date and time, the form in which it was given, and the version of this document.
