Regional Manager


- Experience of work in position of regional manager, supervisor in FMCG segment is obligatory;
- Experience of sales via distributors, creation of dedicated teams on basis of distributors;
- Active attitude, analytical mind-set, sociability, drive for results;
- Ability to work in multi-tasking mode;
- Being ready to deal with huge amounts of data;
- Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, 1C);


- Maintaining and development of sales at the territory of Ural Federal District and Siberia
- Finding new clients and sales networks
- Sales planning and making reports
- Planning budget for marketing events, supervising budget performance
