On October 2, 2018, the Forum of Family Entrepreneurs “Successful Family – Successful Russia!” was held at the Expocentre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation; it was aimed at popularization of the family business and elaboration of adaptation programs for its effective implementation in Russia.
Since TC “Konditer Profi” is directly related to family tea parties, making customers all over Russia, the CIS, and China happy with its products, it was decided to participate in the first Family Forum “Successful Family – Successful Russia!” that took place on October 2 in Moscow.
On the Forum platform, the participants discussed the steps that the state should take to become a reliable partner for family enterprises; where to find new partners for effective cooperation; how to build relationships within the family and within the business to successfully develop both.
The event was attended by the top public officials, representatives of state authorities and leading business associations. But the main participants of this large-scale event were entrepreneurs developing family businesses in 85 regions of Russia.

By taking part in the Forum “Successful Family – Successful Russia!”, we tried not only to present our products, but also to show that a high-quality product is not necessarily expensive. Besides, such an event is a bridge between first-time businessmen and manufacturers, and such a dialogue is a reliable basis for starting up a family business - whether an association of grocery stores, a nursery chain of brand stores selling confectionery or a young ambitious wholesale company that promotes sales of products that are new for the market.
